  I find them just a bit lack of conversation. You may have to start conversation first about what your visit for. After that, they will do everything quickly as long it is just picking up or post a parcel or documents. The location is good with plenty of parking around. Easy to find.

  Horrible customer service. My package was stored in their shop over a month and they never notified me. The guy talking was also afraid to look at me when he talked and claimed that their delivery drivers don’t leave information to pick up packages when it hasn’t been delivered. They said they would call or text but never did… terrible

  Austin Lei - if that is even your real name......
  if you were expecting a parcel why didn't you grab your mobile and call them? Did you try calling after a week to ask them to check if the parcel was awaiting collection?
  you must be reasonable - they told you the driver doesn't leave cards for the customers anymore - so it is up to you to find out if your parcel is there......if the parcel was so important to you why didn't you follow up? you waited for one month without doing anything....lack of common sense ....
  you know there are a lot of parcels dropped off in the LPO everyday and if you stopped to think about how hard it would be for the workers to contact every single person who hadn't already picked up their parcel.......well maybe you lack empathy as well

  Had some trouble with my package and was so stressed about it but the young girl at the counter sorted it out and made my day!!!!! I was so happy she’s so sweet and great
